At Peraahan, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, we do allow size exchanges.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags intact.

Exchange Cost:

There are no extra charges for size exchange—Peraahan covers the standard shipping cost for approved exchanges.

Return Conditions:

At Peraahan, each outfit is made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity. Therefore, returns are not accepted. Please review your selections carefully before placing an order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

Exchange Process:

Submit your exchange request, email us at [peraahanofficials@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, we’ll share details on how to ship the item back.
As soon as we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets the policy criteria, we’ll dispatch the replacement in your selected size—subject to availability.
You will be notified via email or SMS when the replacement is shipped.

Conditions for Exchange:

Only new, unused items with original tags and packaging are eligible.
